Vision

I have been reading a little about vision recently. This is what I have been reading. Andy Stanley, founding pastor of North Point Community Church in Atlanta, defines vision as being "a clear mental picture of what could be, fueled by the conviction that it should be. Stanley writes that a clear vision, along with the courage to follow through, dramatically increase your chances of coming to the end of your life, looking back with a deep abiding satisfaction, and thinking, "I did it. I succeeded. I finished well. My life counted." You must have a vision. Without a clear vision, he writes, "Odds are you will come to the end of your life and wonder. Wonder what you could have done - what you should have done. And like many others, you may wonder if your life even mattered at all."
